Here are the monthly sold stats for the month of November.

The stats for November 2008 pending sales for Oxnard are still screaming compared to this month in 2007. Ventura pendings are still higher than the peak summer months of 2007 while Camarillo is comparable to this time last year.

The Wall Street Journal reported that unnamed sources in the Treasury department are floating the idea of 4.5% mortgages that would be bought by Fannie, Freddie and the FHA to stimulate the housing market.
