I’m searching the Camarillo MLS for my client who wants to buy an entry level home in the Mission Oaks area and boy, was I surprised!

What I found for the 93012 zip for a 2 or 3 bedroom, single family home under $400,000 that’s a “regular” home for sale, i.e., not a short pay . . . is a total of two homes! One of these homes is just 940 square feet in size.

Looking in the 93010 zip brought up just 5 homes, but only one worth considering when looking at the area locale, the rough condition of the home and the too small size of the home (one is 504 square feet and the second is 816 square feet in size).

Just like I’ve seen in Ventura, it appears entry level single family homes in Camarillo are getting to be slim pickins’.
