The Oxnard homes for sale (pending/in escrow) was down dramatically last quarter compared to the same time 2008. The numbers for October are in a similar trend for the first month of this last quarter of 2009. These numbers come from the Oxnard MLS.

The Camarillo homes for sale continues strong into the Fall. These homes are in escrow (pending) and it will be interesting to see if the numbers typically decrease in November and December or if a lot of first time home buyers will have taken advantage of the $8,000 tax credit that was due to expire November 30th. These numbers come from the Camarillo MLS.

The Ventura homes sold and condos sold are seeing a steady number of condos sold but the price per square foot has dramatically decreased since May 2008. The number of single family homes sold jumped up in October – probably due to the rush of first time home buyers taking advantage of the $8,000 tax credit that was scheduled to expire end of November. The Camarillo homes for sale remain strong for both single family homes and condos sold. There is somewhat of a decline in price per square foot for both from Fall 2008. Check out the trends. These numbers come from Camarillo MLS listings.
