The number of Oxnard homes sold from the Oxnard MLS listings seems to be in a downward trend. The sold price is holding steady and the price per square foot might be trending up.
Price per square foot for Oxnard condos sold taken from the Oxnard MLS listings is trending upward from the lowest in March ’09 at $132/square foot to $155/square foot last month.
