The number of single family homes that sold in Oxnard in February is showing some fluctuation with a small spike last October (most likely due to the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit). The number of  condos sold is holding steady with one dip last month. The price per square foot dropped with February ’09, but has been holding steady through the summer and showing an upward trend through the Fall.
