The number of condos sold in Oxnard in March is holding steady since last Fall with the esception of a sharp upswing in December 2009 followed by a marked decline in January 2010. The number of single family homes sold in Camarillo peaked in December then dipped and now is on the rise; the price per square foot is holding steady; the homes are on the market fewer days and the sales price is declining. This information is taken from the Camarillo MLS.
